By accessing or using the HomeExpress Delivery service, mobile applications, or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
HomeExpress Delivery provides a technology platform connecting independent delivery drivers with businesses that need last-mile delivery services for telecom equipment and related products.
Drivers using the HomeExpress platform are independent contractors, not employees of HomeExpress Delivery Inc. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and vehicle expenses.
Drivers may accept or decline route offers at their discretion. There is no minimum delivery requirement. However, acceptance rate may affect route offer priority.
Driver compensation is calculated based on base rate, per-stop rate, mileage, and applicable bonuses. Payments are processed weekly via direct deposit. Disputes must be raised within 30 days.
By providing a delivery address, you authorize HomeExpress drivers to deliver packages to the specified location. If no one is available to receive delivery, packages may be left at the door with photo documentation.
Estimated delivery times are approximate. HomeExpress is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
